The Regulatory Body updated its Communication containing the Guidelines for the Notification of a New Rail Passenger Service within the Framework of the Economic Equilibrium Test Procedure. These guidelines aim at clarifying the cases where a notification must, or must not, be submitted in accordance with the applicable regulations.
