On 27 March 2024, the Regulatory Body issued its decision D-2024-02-LA following an audit on Brussels Airport Company’s compliance with some of its obligations towards the Brussels Airport Mediation Service with regard to the radar tracks included in the “Trackbox” tool.
The Regulatory Body has decided that the information transmitted to the Mediation Service meets the obligation of collaboration between BAC and the latter, in accordance with article 36 of the operating license. The decision (in French) can be consulted here.
