On 5 November 2021, the Regulatory Body delivered its Opinion No. A-2021-07-S within the framework of a consultation to amend the Network Statement launched by infrastructure manager Infrabel. This consultation was specifically aimed at changing the tariff formula that aims to prevent congestion of the bundles. This modification was necessary to bring the tariff formula in line with Opinion No. A-2021-03-S of the Regulatory Body of 6 July 2021 regarding the proposal for a congestion charge. The Regulatory Body takes note that the adjustments, at the level of the formula, are in line with the recommendations.
