On August 11, 2023, the Regulatory Body issued Opinion A-2023-04-S to Infrabel. The infrastructure manager requested this opinion on a proposal to improve the flow management in the service facility Waaslandhaven bundle South. Through a Proof of Concept (POC), Infrabel wishes to introduce a new way of bundle management.
The opinion consists of three parts. The first part deals specifically with the product offering, the second part discusses the local protocol or policy towards the railway undertakings. Finally, a recommendation is made based on observations made by the Regulatory Body in this analysis.
