Opinion A-2022-03-C concerning the draft network statement for the period from 10 December 2023 to 14 December 2024

The Regulatory Body has issued an opinion on the draft network statement for 2024 (in Dutch and French). In that opinion, the Regulatory Body recommends that Infrabel, notably:

• clarify or provide more details on a series of points;
• be more proactive to conform to its obligation to cooperate with the service facilities operators to offer coherent capacity;
• modify the draft so that tracks in stations are treated as infrastructure and not as service facilities; and
• provide candidates with more information on the local service facilities operated by Infrabel and the procedure to request access thereto.
