Decision D-2020-04-LA about BAC’s obligations towards the Airport Mediator

On 7 September 2020, the Regulatory Body issued its decision D-2020-04-LA following an audit on Brussels Airport Company’s compliance with some of its obligations towards the Brussels Airport Mediation Service. The Regulatory Body found that BAC failed to consult with- and cooperate closely with the Mediation Service. The Regulatory Body instructed BAC to take the necessary measures to put an end to this failing to comply with those obligations under the licence. (Available in French only)
