D-2020-01-S Regarding the protective measures in the framework of the audit on the allocation of capacity timetable 2020

In the context of an audit regarding the allocation of capacity, the Regulatory Body imposed protective measures on Infrabel by decision D-2020-01-S of 12 March 2020. These measures mean that Infrabel is no longer allowed to use its method of freezing the allocation of capacity for the timetable and has to comply with the legal requirements.
