Airport – Decision D-2018-11-L regarding the intermediate tariff modification for the regulated period of April 1st, 2016 – March 31st , 2021, as proposed by Brussels Airport Company on the 12th of March, 2018.
On July 20, 2018 the Regulatory Body issued a decision regarding the complaints made by the airlines against the amended tariff proposal of 12 March 2018. This tariff proposal was the result of a new consultation procedure that was imposed by the Regulatory Body through decision D-2017-07- LA. Since this part of the decision was annulled by the Marketcourt on June 27th 2018, the complaints made by the airlines are devoid of purpose.
