Regulatory Service for Railway Transport and for Brussels Airport Operations

The Regulatory Service for Railway Transport and for Brussels Airport Operations is the economic regulator for the Belgian railway (the “supervising body” according to the legal terminology) and for the Brussels Airport operations (the “economic regulatory authority” according to the legal terminology).

Generally speaking, the Service has the following missions:

To supervise the market;

To guard the interests of the users and the general public interest;
To advise.

Supervision of the conclusion of a service level agreement with the Air Navigation Service Provider
Dictating the content of the terms of use of Brussels Airport

A mission concerning administrative handling of disputes
