On December 21, 2020, the Regulatory Body has issued decision D-2020-06-S in the ex-officio investigation regarding the process of renewal planning and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works of the infrastructure manager. In the course of the investigation the Regulatory Body identified several elements of improvement, which resulted in 14 recommendations that were transmitted to the infrastructure manager.
