The Transport Regulatory Agency received, on Monday 14 July 2025, a notification from the railway undertaking LEO EXPRESS concerning a new international passenger transport service on the route “Ostend – Bratislava” and “Bratislava – Ostend”.
This service will operate once daily in both directions.
The notification concerns access to the Belgian railway network and falls under the information obligation as set out in Article 31 of the Railway Act and Article 4 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1795.
The standard form submitted by LEO EXPRESS, including the proposed timetable, is considered complete by the ART
