On 10th of July 2026, the Federal Agency for Transport Regulation received a full notification from “Arriva Personenvervoer Nederland B.V.” regarding the new passenger rail service for the “Amersfoort–Paris” route and vice versa, with scheduled stops including Breda, Antwerp, Brussels Airport Zaventem, Brussels-Midi and Mons, as well as for the ‘The Hague–Paris ’ route and vice versa, with scheduled stops including Roosendaal, Antwerp, Brussels Airport Zaventem, Brussels-Midi and Mons.
This notification relates to access to the Belgian railway network and forms part of the obligation laid down in both Belgian and European legislation.
