On June 5, 2025, the federal Agency for Transport Regulation issued a decision within the framework of the ex-officio investigation to Lineas’ prices, as listed in the ‘General Terms and Conditions of the provision of Neutral Hill services in Antwerp-North. The purpose of this ex-officio investigation was to verify whether the tariff structure, the products and the tariff formulas comply with prevailing legislation.
