On December 9, 2022, the Regulatory Body issued a decision on two petitions from different airlines against the final tariff proposal of Brussels Airport for the regulated period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2028.
The main adjustments demanded of the airport operator by the Regulatory Body relate to the traffic forecast, the WACC, the operational costs and the engine run up location.
