Possibility of appeal

As well the infrastructure manager as the railway operators can lodge an appeal against the decisions of the Regulatory Service with the Court of Appeal in Brussels, within the term of one month starting from the notification of the decision or, for the interested persons to whom the decision did not have to be notified, within a term of one month starting from the publication in het Belgian law gazette of the decision referred to.
