Fast Lane Security concept at Brussels Airport

The Brussels Airport Company has lodged a double appeal against Decision no D-2009-02-LA  on the use of the Fast Lane Security concept at Brussels Airport:

• Petition of 28 July 2009 to set aside the decision of the Regulatory Service of 26 June 2009, known under the number Decision D-2009-02-LA, presented at the Court of Appeal in Brussels
• Petition of nullification from 5 October 2009, presented at the State Council
