Appeal
As well the airport manager of Brussels Airport as the airlines can lodge an appeal with the Court of Appeal in Brussels against the decisions of the Regulatory Service. Under penalty of dissolution the appeal must be lodged at the latest 30 days after notification of the decision (article 2 of the law of 9 July 2004 on several provisions).
Up until now, an appeal has been lodged against the following decisions:
- Decision D-2009-02-LA on the use of the Fast Lane Security concept at Brussels Airport.
