Airport charges 2011-2016: decision by the State Secretary

The Regulatory Service for Railway Transport and for Brussels Airport Operations has been informed today of a decision date January 12th, 2011 taken by the State Secretary for Mobility regarding the tariff system and the tariff control formula of Brussels Airport for the regulatory period from April 1^st, 2011 till March 31^st ,2016.

This decision dramatically modifies the decision taken by the Regulatory Service on December 14^th, 2010.

The Regulatory Service disputes the State Secretary competence when interfering in such a way between the parties and studies the legal steps to be taken accordingly.
