Agreement

The Regulatory Service and The Brussels Airport Company settle their dispute about the Fast Lane Security by agreement.  Consequently, The Brussels Airport Company has renounced its double appeal at the Court of Appeal in Brussels and at the State Council. The Regulatory Service, from its side, has renounced to recover the fine and penalty imposed by decision D-2009-02-LA.
